CLASS DESCRIPTIONS |
|
Boys Break Dancing & Hip Hop-
This boys only class will teach basic fundamentals of break
dance and hip hop dance routines choreographed with boys
movement in mind. |

|
Boogie Baby-Move
and dance, jump and prance - parents too! Your child will
enjoy this movement class which promotes coordination,
balance and development of large motor skills through
musical movement and activity stations. Props such as hula
hoops and tunnels will be used to create a variety of fun
exercises that strengthens self confidence and encourages
participation in a group setting. |

Dress Up & Dance-What
is more fun than dressing up, dancing and pretending to be a
princess, a ballerina or a movie star! Toddlers will enjoy
this class that allows them to express themselves through
music, dance and their imagination. Dress up clothes will be
provided. |

|
|
Dance With Dolly-How
special it will be for your child to learn ballet with a
favorite doll or stuffed animal! Children can bring their
own 'dance partner' or use one of ours. |
|
|
|
Princess Ballet/Teddy Bear Tap-This
class will introduce your little dancer to beginning ballet
techniques. We have costumes & props to add to the fun of
being a princess. We think it is always fun to tap dance
with a friend! Now your child can learn to tap dance with
their favorite teddy bear or stuffed animal by their side.
Children can bring their own 'dance partner' to class or use
one of ours. |

Dance Star Club-Be
a part of this cool club and learn fun dance moves and
routines to the music from the Cheetah Girls, Hannah
Montana, High School Musical 2 and others. Basic hip hop
will be taught. Sign up with a friend or make new friends in
class! |

|
|
Pop Star-This
class is perfect for your young entertainer. Participants
will learn basic jazz dance that will help to increase
coordination, memory and self-esteem. Age appropriate music
and dance moves will be utilized to make this a fun,
high-energy class. |

|
|
Ballet/Tap Combo-a
half hour of ballet barre and center work will focus on
strengthening the basics of ballet. This class will provide
a more modern style of tap while still utilizing traditional
fundamentals. |

|
|
Teen/Adult Hip Hop-
In hip hop class you will learn combinations broken down
step by step and taught at a comfortable pace to the latest
Hip Hop and R&B music. You can also get into great shape and
meet tons of new friends, so come on in and join the fun! |

|
|
Teen/Adult Jazz/Lyrical-
This class is designed to teach classical ballet moves and
vocabulary as well as modern jazz dance technique. The
combination of both styles of dance makes this class fun and
keeps young dancers interested throughout the lesson. We
will help improve coordination and self-confidence while
learning to dance! |

|
Ballroom Smooth-Waltz,
Foxtrot, Swing and Hustle will be taught. Come with a
partner or come alone. This class is fun for all. |
|
|
|
Ballroom Latin and Rhythm-Salsa,
Rhumba, Cha Cha and Hustle will be taught. Come with a
partner or come alone. Spice up your summer and learn some
really fun dances. |

Attire: |
Non-restrictive & comfortable clothing for Hip Hop &
all adults classes, no jeans. Leotards with tights
must be worn by all Ballet, Jazz & Tap female
students. Hair must be pulled up so it is off the
face & neck for all classes. The proper shoes must
be worn for each class. Intermediate Ballet-burgundy
leotard; Advanced Ballet-lavender leotard;
Pointe-black leotard, all with pink tights. |

Placement: |
Our instructors have the best interest of the
students in mind when they determine the placement
of the students in the classes. We strive to have
everyone reach their potential. |

|
Classes Per Session: |
The tuition of the 8 week session reflects a
specific number of classes. Therefore any missed
classes are non refundable. Students can make up
classes they missed by getting permission form the
instructor to attend the same level class. Students
are expected to attend every class. |

|
Withdrawal: |
If a student withdraws from a class, written
notification must be given. Responsibility for
tuition is expected until the proper notification
has been given. |
